Welp. Life been very… difficult, to say the least. I’m not in a perfect place right now, and I’m sure that as long as I live in this world I’ll never be. But, don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining or isn’t my intention to be negative.

It is what it is, and the only option is to move forward. To do something. If we stay still during difficult times, is like we had already gave up. And that’s not something we can do. Specially if you have a family to support.

So, in case that you, my dear reader, are also having financial problems and are looking for a job but find it difficult to stay positive, let me share some inspirational quotes with you.

Hey guys! 2016 is finally over. For several people, that year was filled with happiness and good memories; meanwhile for others it wasn’t exactly a good year.¬†We lost several celebrities and lots of bad things around the planet occurred.

In any case, a new year means alot of things for others. It means a new and fresh start. I understand that some people get extremely upset with others saying “new year new me” but, to be honest I don’t understand why people take it so badly. I admire people who want to change and do something different with their lives. That requires alot of courage to do.

Change is never easy but not impossible. It requires discipline and commitment.

Let’s say, for example. You want to improve your health. It requires that you leave out of your diet fast food and replace it with, vegetables and drinking more healthy things. Will it be easy? perhaphs…. But it won’t be enterily impossible.

One of the things that I’ve noticed that always helps me, is to imagine the positive ways that change will affect my life. That serves as a motivation and gives me the push that I need to do it. Why don’t you give it a try?

Hey guys! Weekend is almost here and also… the games awards are TONIGHT! Man. Time goes fast. I know this post is about kittens but, I really can’t hide my anxiety. I mean, I love video games too but quite frankly, I’m abit worried about what Nintendo is going to show about Legend of Zelda.

I seriously want to see the Princess… But they just won’t show her and instead, they keep showing us games plays.

Anyway. Sorry for my rant! But I needed to get that out of my system.

Every day we’re surrounded by bad news, stress, health problems and lots of other issues. There are so many things going on in our lives that, most of the time we’re just struggling and forget about our own happiness.

My mother has always told me that I have to count my blessings. I understand the meaning behind her advice now, that I’m a grown up. You see, once you realize that you can count with a friend, that you have a roof that protects you from the rain or a bed to sleep at night, you realize that you are a very lucky person.

Memory exercises are also quite good. The point of all this, is to keep your mind occupied. People who read are less prone to suffer from alzheimer disease. Why not give it a try? Find a topic that interest you and inmerse yourself in it. If a simple activity can improve your life, it’s totally worth a shot, don’t you think?

When we’re feeling down or upset, it’s quite difficult for us to find reasons to be happy about. Even seeing other people happy can make us feel angry. But just for a second, let’s try to separate our problems from our feelings. Let’s think things with a clear head and try to remember what we have that makes us happy.

In the face of problems, it’s almost impossible to keep a positive attitude. We often have the tendency to expect the worst from the situation we’re facing and, when we are positive there can be people who get mad at us and tell us to face reality.

Is not that, being a positive person transforms you into a dreamer. Let’s face it, there are alot of people who ignore what a positive person is and look down on them. Quite frankly and in my humble opinion, it shouldn’t be that way.

You see, for me when i’m stuck in my negative thoughts I feel drained. It’s exhausting because, negativity doesn’t let us live the moment. Steals away the joy and sometimes, it can also trigger depression. Being positive doesn’t mean that you’re going to magically turn things around. It means, that you’re going to fight those negative thoughts with positive ones and whatever happens, happens.
